The hotel was lovely, exceptionally clean, but had only 3 beds instead of 4 and lacked the balcony as advertised. The service was very good overall but lacking some key services beyond opening hours. The location was perfect, within a short walk to key attractions and amenities. The dining offered great variety and a lovely top-floor atmosphere. The facilities were satisfactory but could use minor improvements.

Wow, staying at this hotel was a real delight! The room was cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was exceptional. However, the only downside was the room temperature during summer, it could get a bit warm. The value for money was reasonable considering all the positive aspects.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great view. The staff was friendly and the service exceptional. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's near Old Town, the tram line, and a shopping center, with a fantastic view and a jacuzzi bath in the room. The service was exceptional and the dining experience exceeded my expectations. However, the lack of some facilities was a bit disappointing.
